This 5 bed villa is situated in the quiet gated community of Cumbrian Lakes just 10 minutes from the Disney attractions. Fantastic for your Self Catering vacation as It has a large pool with spa and deck toilet. Plenty of deck furniture allows everyone to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. There is also a great view as the home backs onto a lake complete with a fountain and some ducks! It is just a dream location! The home itself has been maintained to a very high standard. All bedrooms have television and there is internet access available for those who need to keep in touch with the office. Downstairs there are two bedrooms which share a bathroom. One has a queen sized bed and access onto the pool deck. The other has twin beds and a Winnie the Pooh theme. The other three bedrooms are located upstairs. There is a master bedroom with king sized bed and a balcony overlooking the lake. It also has an adjoining bathroom with twin sinks, tub and generous walk-in shower. The other two rooms have twin beds and a full bed respectively. They also share a bathroom. On this level there is also a den with Playstation Console and foosball table. This space is a great addition to the home because it is certain to keep the kids amused. The generous living space downstairs is in two areas. There is a quiet sitting area with 2 sofas and a coffee table. This also houses the homes dining table with seating for six. The other area is the sitting room with 60 inch LED Smart TV and comfortable sofas. There is also a breakfast bar with high stools to allow you to chat to whoever is cooking in the fully equipped kitchen complete with all its modern appliances. There is also a table for four for casual dining.A half toilet and utility room with washer and dryer complete the superb facilities this home has on offer. This is a superior home in every way. A must for anyone who wants a touch of luxury as part of their Florida stay! -Gated Community

The house was perfect. It fit 9 grown men very comfortably for a weekend. Beds were good, plenty of towels for everyone, the house was very clean, and the description was accurate. We would definitely stay there again!
