This 7 bedroom home can also be rented as a 4 Bedroom home it has been set up to accommodate large family gatherings in comfort. Seventeen or Eight people can sleep here without anyone having to volunteer to sleep on the sofa bed! There is also plenty of room for everyone to sit down and eat. The home has a dining table to seat 8 and a breakfast island where a further 8 people can be on high stools. Even the pool deck, which has no rear neighbors, has additional seating for everyone to enjoy some quality time together. The homes Games room with ping pong, foosball and pool will also keep everyone entertained even on the warmest Florida days as it has its own free standing AC unit. The home has 2 King master bedrooms. The one on the ground floor has shower and garden tub. The second is upstairs. Here you will also find 3 Queen bedrooms making this a great house for couples. The children are accommodated in bunk beds so they will have lots of company. One room has 2 sets of bunk beds. The other has a bunk with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. Mostly all the bedrooms have TVs so you can be sociable and watch the big flat screen in the living room or take some time to yourself in your personal retreat! This great home is also situated in a resort community with gated/guarded entry 24 hours a day. If you can drag yourself away from all the home has to offer, you can enjoy lots of other facilities. Close to the home you will find tennis courts. At the Clubhouse you can work out at the gym, play basket or volley ball or meet new friends at the huge community pool and spa. There is also pool side entertainment scheduled several times a week so you can enjoy that while sipping a cocktail or having something to eat from the pool side tikki bar. Terra Verde is in the heart of Kissimmee. A 10-15 minute drive will take you to Disney. In around 30 minutes you can drive to Universal in Orlando. There are also lots of shops and restaurants close by on 1-92. There is even a super Walmart just round the corner. If you are organizing a large family vacation this home ticks all the boxes!!

Public review The house is huge , the pool is big and clean . It has a game room, which was used a lot after the parks . The kitchen layout with the TV room and pantry are great . And the integration of the pool with the house is very providential . We love. The house could have baking trays to use in the oven. We Brazilians love those buns that come in the can for baking and we ran out of baking trays. Otherwise, the house is sensational. Congratulations on all the care and prompt provision
